Alicia V. Torres graduated from Loyola University-Chicago in 2007 with a B.A. in Theology. Currently she works for the Archdiocese of Chicago Respect Life Office, serving college students, young adults and the Hispanic Community in Chicago. Alicia is a board member of Students for Life of Illinois and loves her gigs as a freelance writer, editor, and documentarian. If Alicia were dating, coffee would compete with her boyfriend, especially Metropolis Coffee Company's Spice Island blend!

Recently her work has focused on increasing the presense of faith-based non-profits on the Internet. She lives with her husband and five children in Northern Virginia.
